Programs

We offer a range of gymnastics classes for all ages and skill levels. Our programs are recognized by Gymnastics Australia and are run by accredited Senior and Junior coaches. We endeavour to make every class fun and rewarding for a child's personal and physical development by providing them with the coaching of important skills.

If you would like more information about what is included in our classes or what program your child should attend please contact us.

Our recreational gymnastics program is for boys and girls aged 5 years and above. 1 and 2 hour classes are available for children of all skill level. Womens Artistic Gymnastics

Our Women's Gymnastics program is a competitive stream where young girls can build their skills to an advanced level. It is a fun and challenging program centred on competing on four apparatus; vault, bars, beam and floor. Our classes provide one on one coaching and focus on developing skill, flexibility and strength to assist in a progression through the levels.

Starting in Foundationals, these pre-team groups focus on body posture and shaping as well as physical preparation for higher levels.
